What this page collects,
and what it does not.
Short version: nothing, unless you email or call us. This page sets no cookies, runs no analytics, stores nothing in your browser and has no form handler. Below is the whole picture, in the order it actually happens.

The one thing to know
The domain you type into the Ownership Check box on the home page never leaves your browser. It is used only to pre-fill an email that you then choose to send, from your own email program. Typing it performs no lookup, contacts no registrar and transmits nothing to us or to anyone else.
01This page has no forms
Our main site, suncoastdigitalmedia.com, has three forms and a privacy policy written around them. None of that applies here. This site has one page plus these four policy pages, and it collects nothing automatically.
The Ownership Check box on the home page looks like a form and is not one. It has no handler, no endpoint and nothing listening on the other side. What it does is rewrite the link on the button next to it so that your own email program opens with the subject and the first few lines already filled in. You can read what it is about to send before you send it, and you can delete any of it.
There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, no analytics of any kind, no cookie banner because there are no cookies to consent to, and nothing written to local storage, session storage or IndexedDB.
02What we receive when you contact us
If you email or call, we receive what you send us: your email address, your name if you sign it, your phone number if you call, your website address, and whatever you tell us.
We use it for one purpose, which is to run your Ownership Check and reply to you. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not share it for anyone else's advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers, government identification numbers or health information. The Ownership Check never needs any of them, and email is the wrong place for them. If a message claiming to be from us ever asks you for those, treat it as fake and call us on (954) 952-3611.
03The three companies that touch this site
That is the complete list. No advertising network, no data broker, and no third party that receives your details for its own purposes.
- Cloudflare hosts and serves this site. Like any web host it records the IP address of every request as part of running and protecting the site. That is ordinary server logging. We do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not combine it with anything else.
- Google serves the three typefaces this page uses, from Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when a page here loads. We name it because it is the only third-party request this site makes, and a policy that did not mention it would be incomplete.
- Google again, as Gmail, is where an email you send us is received and kept.
04How long we keep it
We keep what you send while the conversation is live, and afterwards for as long as we may reasonably need the record, for example to honour a price we quoted or to answer a question about work we did.
We are a small business, not an archive. If you would rather we did not keep your details, ask and we will delete them and confirm that we have.
05Seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold
Email alexalligan@suncoastdigital.us or call (954) 952-3611 and tell us what you want. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
We answer within a reasonable time and we do not charge for it. We may need to confirm you are the person the details belong to before we act, which usually means replying from the address you originally used.
These are choices we offer everyone who contacts us, wherever they live, rather than a right that depends on your state.
06Children
This site offers a service to business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
07Changes, and who to contact
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Where a change materially affects information we already hold, we will say so here rather than quietly editing the page.
