01The three rules

Sun Coast Digital Media is an AI-native agency. Artificial intelligence is used in building and running what we deliver, and that is why the pricing works the way it does.

• An automated system that speaks or writes to a person always identifies itself as automated.
• A named human is accountable for everything we publish and everything we ship.
• Nothing is generated and then presented as measured, verified or independently sourced when it is not.

02This page was built with AI

The copy, the layout and the code on this site were drafted and built with AI. A named person reviewed and signed off every page before publication and is accountable for every claim on it. Prices, dates, service areas, entity details and anything attributed to a third party were checked against a source by a person before this went live.

AI systems produce confident text that is sometimes wrong. That is a known property of the tools and not an excuse. If you find something wrong on this page, tell us and we will correct it.

03The Ownership Check, specifically

This is where it matters most, because the whole offer is an answer about your property.

• A person reads the records. The registrant, registrar, expiry date, auto-renew state, DNS, hosting, transfer lock and mail routing in your report are values a human looked at. They are not model output and they are not inferred.
• We report gaps as gaps. Where a record is privacy-protected, resold or stale, the report says that, rather than producing a plausible-looking answer.
• The record card on the home page is a sample. It is labelled as one on the page itself. Typing your address into it runs no lookup, contacts no registrar and returns no findings; it only pre-fills an email for you to send.
• AI may be used to help write up findings once a person has established them. It is never used to establish them.

04Automated systems say what they are

Where an automated system writes to you on our behalf, it identifies itself as automated and carries a way to opt out. We do not build systems that impersonate a named person, and no system we build claims a name, a job title or a history it does not have.

05What we do not use AI for

• Producing the findings in an Ownership Check, or any other statement of fact about your domain, your hosting or your site.
• Writing, scripting, inventing or incentivising a review or testimonial.
• Producing traffic, ranking, conversion or revenue figures. We publish none that have not been independently measured and verified.
• Generating a likeness, a voice or a quotation of a real person, client or business without their explicit agreement.
• Making medical, legal, financial or health claims on anyone's behalf.
• Fabricating credentials, certifications, partnerships or endorsements.
• Deciding anything about a person that carries a legal or similarly significant effect.

06Your information and third-party AI systems

Nothing you type into this page reaches an AI system, because nothing you type into this page reaches us at all until you choose to send an email.

When we do work for you, some content passes through third-party AI providers: copy, briefs, page content and the public-record material behind a report. We do not put passwords, card numbers, government identification, financial records or health information into an AI system. If a job involves material of that kind, it is handled outside those tools and we say so in writing.

07Illustrations, and changes to this policy

Where an image or graphic on a site we build was generated rather than photographed, it is labelled as an illustration and does not claim to depict a real place, job or person. The record card on this site's home page is the one graphic here that could be mistaken for real data, and it carries that label in two places.

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
